Our pricing & options reflected below are simplified in order to afford you the opportunity to pick a service based on our most requested services at the prices indicated. We are more than happy to accommodate your requirements if they differ from, or are not included in, the options below. Please contact us in order to discuss and price your service needs. REAL ESTATE

DRONE WORK
Aimed at specifically accommodating aerial photography and videography needs...
$75/hr
- Minimum 2 hrs, thereafter $75/hr.
- All images, shot in raw format, will be supplied fully processed.
- All video footage, shot at 4K resolution, will be supplied unedited (editing will be offered in the near future).
- Supplied as digital files via download or in a negotiated format.
- Travel included within a 25 mile radius of our office.
PETS & ANIMALS
Ideal for capturing still images of pets & animals across the spectrum of needs...
$100
- Minimum 10 images - shot in raw format & fully processed/edited.
- Supplied as digital files via download or in a negotiated format.
- Travel included within a 25 mile radius of our office.
ADDITIONAL NOTES (for all of the above options):
- All images will be professionally processed and ready for display.
- Studio lighting can be requested for animal portraits. An additional cost of $30 per session for setup and use will be added.
- Additional, specific, processing requirements (e.g. artistic) will be happily accommodated and charged at our processing/editing rate, currently $50/hr.
- Any additional mileage beyond our free radius will be charged out at current IRS rates.
- Any physical printing requirements can be accommodated, via our professional print lab partner. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to obtain a quotation.
- Drone work requires licensing and liability insurance is in place for commercial work. In addition, there are requirements to be fulfilled in terms of FAA flight authorizations that may be required and depending on the flight zone and general area (e.g. city limits and bylaws). Any FAA authorization can take up to 90 days to acquire, depending on the deviation from any flight authorized by our operating license.
ADDITIONAL PRICING:
- Event photography - Generally $75/hr (min 2hrs). All aerial and still images supplied, fully processed. 4K aerial video footage supplied unedited.
- Custom processing/editing happily undertaken - $50/hr.
- Graphic design service available (may be affected by business volume) - $75/hr.
- All travel undertaken within our indicated radius of 25 miles is free. Thereafter a charge will be levied at the current IRS rates.
- Our services are not restricted to the services reflected on this page. We are extremely flexible and will happily undertake any photographic services, ground or aerial, that you may require. This is subject to equipment, availability and competence. Please feel free to enquire.
